Taylor Huber continued His Mills journey on June 1st, 2024, taking on the role of Desking Manager, bringing with them a diverse background in various industries. Previously, Taylor worked in Mills Detail, Mills Honda in sales, and served as an Account Manager at Lindar, showcasing their versatility and experience across different roles. 

Born and raised in Brainerd, Minnesota, Taylor completed their high school education at Brainerd High School, grounding themselves in the local community. Taylor’s career trajectory reflects a hands-on approach and a strong work ethic. 

In their personal life, Taylor is happily married and a proud parent to six children, balancing career achievements with family responsibilities. A true outdoors enthusiast, Taylor finds solace and adventure in hunting, fishing, and embracing nature’s offerings. 

Donald Meyer embarked on his Mills career in sales on May 23, 2024, drawing from extensive experience in the marine industry and Yamaha Motor Sales. Originally from Northeast Minneapolis, Donald completed his high school education at Colombia Heights High School and pursued further studies at Central Lakes College (CLC), enhancing his skills and knowledge. 

Beyond his professional achievements, Donald finds great joy in his family life. He shares his life with a loving wife, two children, and two cherished grandchildren, enriching his journey with love and fulfillment. Donald’s passion for the outdoors is evident in his diverse hobbies, including boating, motorcycle riding, fishing, and adventuring on a side-by-side vehicle. 

Hailing from Brainerd, Troy has a wealth of experience in sales, having helped run two title loan companies and managed a vehicle pawn shop simultaneously in San Diego. A proud graduate of Brainerd Senior High—”Go Warriors!”—he later earned his bachelor’s degree in business from UMD—”Go Bulldogs!” 

Troy shares his life with his significant other, Joan, and their two children, a 9-year-old girl and a 7-year-old boy. He’s passionate about fishing, boating, and swimming with his kids, and he jokingly describes himself as “more mad than gardner” in his pursuit of gardening. Troy also looks forward to teaching his kids the art of fishing, aiming to raise them as “disappointed walleye fishermen.” 

A fan of classic cars, he appreciates the craftsmanship of vehicles from the past. In his downtime, he enjoys cooking for others and cheering on his favorite teams: the Vikings, Twins, MN Wild, and LA Chargers. With a dynamic personality and a commitment to family, Troy brings a unique blend of expertise and enthusiasm to his role. 

Brian Plantz began his journey with Mills on October 10, 2022, stepping into the role of Sales Consultant at Mills GM. Prior to this, Brian gained valuable experience in customer service and sales at T-Mobile, where he previously worked, and at Best Buy, where he developed his expertise in retail environments. 

Brian is originally from the Minneapolis-St. Paul area and moved to Pine River in 7th grade. He graduated from Pine River High School and continued his education at Central Lakes College (CLC), which equipped him with the skills and knowledge for his career in sales. 

Outside of work, Brian is a dedicated family man. He lives with his girlfriend and their child, with another baby on the way. His personal interests include playing video games, watching sports, and spending quality time with his family, reflecting his enjoyment of both leisure and family activities. 

Brian’s blend of professional experience and personal interests makes him a well-rounded and valued member of the Mills GM team. 

Michael Truong commenced his career in sales in May 2024, bringing with him a background enriched by roles at Geek Squad and Home Depot. Originally from Baxter, Minnesota, Michael completed his high school education at Brainerd High School. 

Michael’s professional journey reflects his commitment to growth and customer service. Outside of work, Michael finds relaxation and enjoyment in physical fitness, dedicating time to regular workouts. He also indulges his passion for gaming, immersing himself in the virtual worlds of video games. 

In his personal life, Michael shares his time with a loving girlfriend and two beloved cats, adding warmth and companionship to his daily life. 

Originally from Pequot Lakes, MN, Jacob brings a diverse background to his role as a Sales Consultant, he started at Mills September 11, 2024. He started his career as a Walmart stocker and completed an internship at Confetti Financial, gaining valuable experience along the way. 

Jacob is a proud graduate of Pequot Lakes High School and furthered his education at Bemidji State University. Although he doesn’t have a wife or kids, he enjoys spending time with friends and indulging in his favorite hobbies, which include hunting and fishing. With a friendly demeanor and a passion for connecting with others, Jacob is excited to make his mark at Mills.
