I had a very good experience with my oil change appointment and was also advised that the air filter was in need of being changed. I agreed to have that done also as I am planning a couple thousand mile trip in a couple of weeks. Troy in sales also helped me out with questions on using the android navigation system.

Would not recommend for Volkswagen oil change. I was not planning on a $180(+) bill. Would have been nice if they would have warned me when I made the appointment. I used to get it changed at the VW place but they closed. Might have to go to St Cloud for service on it.
Troy was absolutely the best to work with! It was a very laid back process with no pressure.
They did get the job done but it took 11 days because of problems with employees being out and we were very nervous because it was our granddaughter graduation and it’s 150 miles away- we did make it with not much time to spare

Ryan Ware sold me my car a year ago and helped me arrange my most recent service check. I had the oil changed, hitch added, emission sensor replaced, and protective films applied to diver side doors. The mechanic did a great job and got it done quickly. Highly recommend Mills Service Team.

Excellent service which I have come to expect from Mills GM in Brainerd/Baxter. The only reason I didn't rate service at 5 stars is because my problem was diagnosed on a Monday but they couldn't get me in until Friday. Reason of course is because they are very busy. Within a couple hours of drop off, my car was done. I'm very glad to have it back.

The staff at Mills in Baxter are top-notch, they made the car buying process quick and kind of fun. Test drove three trucks, no hard sell and my sales person (Hunter) had all the info for me on each one. The financing was also above average. I came in pre-qualified, and they found a better rate without even asking. Nicely done everyone!
