Mills helped me set up an appointment to coincide with another appointment close by. I dropped my GMC SIERRA of and was offered a ride to my other appointment, but it was only a block away so I walked. When I got back to Mills, my truck was washed, oil changed and ready to go. The people here at Mills always greet you with a smile. I'm a transporter that brings in new vehicles the other day I was delivering there I needed to leave a vehicle. I asked Troy Miller if that was fine with him and he said yes they always go the extra mile to help people out whether it's customers or the drivers that bring New vehicles to the dealership. I've always been treated well here as a carrier and I highly recommend them if you're ever in Baxter, Minnesota for both Service and sales.

I feel they could be more straightforward. They don’t tell you the full price of the vehicle with taxes and fees until the last minute. Warranty and insurance options are presented to you as per month pricing without disclosing the total cost.
Came in just looking and to look and found a vehicle that I was able to get within a few days, very friendly and they do there best to meet the customers mark. Great experience with Mills GMC on servicing a malfunctioning exhaust surge pump. Also got great communication with service advisor Betsy! Used dealer discounts and GM points to greatly reduce my amount owed. See you in a few months!

I had drove from Duluth to pick up my new camper when a rake pad broke and destroyed my caliper and rotor. It was as 2 pm and I had little hope. Ashly got me in right away and Sean fixed it and put pads on all 4 wheels. Boom I was out before 4! Awesome work

I worked with Brandon for the purchase of this car. He was very knowledgeable about the car and all of the electronics that this car has. He had a very good training session on how to use it. Amazing experience! We had called ahead to let them know which vehicle we were interested in. He gave me the name of the manager that would greet me, the vehicle was ready to test drive when I got there and they were ready for us. Everyone was kind and professional from the beginning! We showed up later than anticipated for the test drive, I got a courtesy call to make sure we were OK.
