I purchased a 2026 GMC Sierra with 3.0 Duramax Diesel in June 2026. I did not shop for my truck at Mills GMC because multiple friends reported negative service experiences at Mills GMC and our recent service experience at Mills Honda was concerning. My experience at Mills GMC was professional and courteous from start to finish. On top of that I purchased a gorgeous vehicle and I am extraordinarily happy with all facets of the purchase.
I brought my 2017 Buick enclave in for a warranty claim with my transmission they handled most of the headache with the claims dept for me it took about 2 weeks to get the vehicle done which is a tedious drawn out process for them to deal with and had to wait for parts to arrive I get all that . It was a great experience dealing with Tony at Mills GMC. Just a couple small hiccups along the way but everything worked out find. We got a great deal on a 2023 Acadia with 16,400 miles. Can’t say enough about how much we appreciated the service we got.

Their service department is great. Fast and efficient. Very friendly staff that remembers me by name. Also very thorough on explaining how everything looks when they did the inspection report. I would definitely recommend them.
It was ok, a little slow in processing and getting possession of the vehicle. Financing dept would not help with canceling the extended warranty on my trade in. It clearly states that it has to be done by a dealer, forcing me to go to another dealership.

I loved the service department! They were so accommodating! My Buick Encore is under warranty and the air conditioning suddenly stopped “blowing “ on my 50 mile trip to town. They managed to squeeze me in and service my vehicle. Made a bad day into a great day! It was 96 degrees outside! The 2 ladies at the service desk were wonderful!!

I needed a scheduled oil change for my leased 2025 Silverado. I tried to get in at the last dealership I'd taken the truck to. No reservations for an oil change. First come, first serve. Left work early the same .day to get there before closing. Was 1/2 hour early. Got in line. Service manager comes out to tell me they are not taking any more vehicles so they can be finished at 5.obwas welcome to come back at 7 the next morning and get in line.

I originally had an appointment 2-6-26 but gmc couldn't supply the part at the time so I was a little disappointed that it took this long as they were the ones that contacted me telling me to get this fixed .everything went very good at the dealership friendly people .

Mills helped me set up an appointment to coincide with another appointment close by. I dropped my GMC SIERRA of and was offered a ride to my other appointment, but it was only a block away so I walked. When I got back to Mills, my truck was washed, oil changed and ready to go. The people here at Mills always greet you with a smile. I'm a transporter that brings in new vehicles the other day I was delivering there I needed to leave a vehicle. I asked Troy Miller if that was fine with him and he said yes they always go the extra mile to help people out whether it's customers or the drivers that bring New vehicles to the dealership. I've always been treated well here as a carrier and I highly recommend them if you're ever in Baxter, Minnesota for both Service and sales.
