Mills GM was very accommodating for an unexpected engine light and sound coming from my car. I knew it would take a few days since it wasn't a schedule check-up, but I was informed right away when the diagnostic was done and an estimate. I really appreciate the text update due to work schedule, a person isn't always available to answer a phone call.

The protective plate for the oil pan was not attached securely after the oil change. Resulting in the vehicle making horrendous noises. Had to stop in 85 degree weather with $200.00 worth of groceries in the car and wait for my husband to help. Zip tied the plate in place and took it back to the dealer. Of course they fixed the problem but a little more graciousness on the dealer end would have been appreciated.
For the third appointment in a row the folks at Mills GMC Buick were amazing…Betsy is the best! If I was still working I would hire her in a heartbeat. She is three steps ahead and continually strives to do what is best for the customer & her Team. I do not desire to go anywhere else.
Troy and Casey did an awesome job of finding us exactly what we wanted. After we bought our Yukon, Troy worked with us for a couple of hours educating us as to how use all the complicated features and getting us comfortable. Overall, the buying process couldn’t have gone better

When I couldn't get my Honda in for routine maintenance at Mills Honda service due to them being booked up,they got me in right away with Mills Gm. I was in and out in a short time. Staff was friendly. I got my vehicle back all sparkling clean !!
I purchased a 2026 GMC Sierra with 3.0 Duramax Diesel in June 2026. I did not shop for my truck at Mills GMC because multiple friends reported negative service experiences at Mills GMC and our recent service experience at Mills Honda was concerning. I attempted to schedule the first oil change at the selling dealer and was advised they did not have an opening for 10 days … and I noted Mills online Service Schedule showed multiple openings Monday afternoon, so I took a chance. My experience at Mills GMC was professional and courteous from start to finish. On top of that I purchased a gorgeous vehicle and I am extraordinarily happy with all facets of the purchase.
I brought my 2017 Buick enclave in for a warranty claim with my transmission they handled most of the headache with the claims dept for me it took about 2 weeks to get the vehicle done which is a tedious drawn out process for them to deal with and had to wait for parts to arrive I get all that . It was a great experience dealing with Tony at Mills GMC. Just a couple small hiccups along the way but everything worked out find. We got a great deal on a 2023 Acadia with 16,400 miles. Can’t say enough about how much we appreciated the service we got.

It was ok, a little slow in processing and getting possession of the vehicle. Financing dept would not help with canceling the extended warranty on my trade in. It clearly states that it has to be done by a dealer, forcing me to go to another dealership.
