We took our car to have it aligned. The technician found that we had other issues and said he had the parts and was able to complete the work. Lynn contacted our Zurich insurance and arranged for them to pay for any charges, and we only needed to pay the deductible. Great service. Another great thing is that they were able to complete all of the work while I waited, and I was grateful for that as I lived an hour away.

Surprised with the diesel oil change that the DEF top off was not included in a component that depends on vehicle running properly if gets too low. Otherwise scheduling was good, timeliness and cost estimate was good

The repairs seem good. My issue is the LENGTH of the repairs and that there never seemed to be any solid estimate of when the car would be done. After a month of 'we'll get it in when we can' we got a 'should be done by Presidents' Day'. Didn't get it back until three weeks after that. None of this would have been so much an issue if we could have gotten a loaner car, but that was never an option. The price we were quoted ended up going up 50% as well. It was an overall frustrating ...

Lynn in service did an excellent job. There were multiple parts that failed and we were dealing with extended warranty. He stuck with it until the fix was complete. It took 2 weeks but problem solved.

Great mechanic. Had to rent a vehicle .cost me 409 from enterprise though they say they will loan you one . The assistant at the desk in the shop was awful.she complained right in front of me about having to check me in. And I never got my oil changed which was the purpose of my appointment.

Everyone was very good to work with. When I first arrived, I had asked Colin to check the right rear tire because it had been getting low. No air was added to the right rear tire. I did add air to the right rear tire later at Casey's. It was no big deal, as I had already known about the slow leak, and I was able to get an appointment to have the right rear tire fixed the next day at Costco.
